1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tagleap's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Tagleap provides digital marketing and AI automation services including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Content Marketing
  • Social Media Management
  • AI Marketing Automation
  • Paid Advertising
  • Website Development and Optimization

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant necessary access to platforms and accounts
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
  • Make payments according to agreed terms
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Monthly retainer fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Project-based work requires a 50% deposit before commencement
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them. Tagleap retains ownership of:

  • Proprietary tools and methodologies
  • Pre-existing materials and templates
  • General knowledge and skills gained during the engagement

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

7. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, traffic levels, or revenue increases. Marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • Outstanding invoices become immediately due
  • We will provide transition support as reasonably requested
  • All client data and assets will be returned or deleted

9. Limitation of Liability

Tagleap's liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
